1. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: A shipping charge of ₹60 per quantity applies to standard orders.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders with a total product value above ₹2,000.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹50 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable).

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
• Metro cities generally receive orders within 3-4 days, while regional areas may take 5-7 days.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking link and courier details. You can track your package’s journey in real-time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If the fit isn’t quite right or you’ve changed your mind, our hassle-free return and exchange policy has got you covered.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 10-day Return and Exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• All original tags, packaging, and labels must remain completely intact.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged by D-Vibe from the original delivery address.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Visit our Returns Center on the website or email us at support@d-vibe.in with your Order ID.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and state the reason (e.g., size change, defective item).
3. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the package from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.

4. Refunds & Mode of Payment

• Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) within 5-7 business days after the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
• COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit coupon code or transferred directly to your bank account via a secure payout link provided by our support team.
• Note: Shipping or COD convenience charges applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
